Anand Bhatia is an IIM Lucknow alumnus, he co-founded Ormax Money, a firm of consumer behaviorists focused on the BFSI space, before joining Fino Payments Bank. He has worked across BFSI, Retail and Education.
A long distance running enthusiast, Anand runs and plans his marketing strategies in the same way - for the long haul.
Amit is a seasoned business leader who brings to Zycus about 18 years of experience in strategic marketing and communications, business management, and strategy. As Chief Marketing Officer he is responsible for all aspects of global marketing including strategic marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, growth & demand generation, digital marketing and analyst relations.
Before joining Zycus, Amit was based in London and served as Managing Director at OakNorth, a B2B SAAS unicorn and supported large enterprise engagements across the US, Europe, and Australasia.

Arpan is the Chief Digital Officer at Nippon India Mutual Fund where he is responsible for all aspects of Digital & for building Digital Quotient, driving proliferation & transforming NIMF into a Digital Leader. Prior to this Arpan was heading Digital Transformation and Go to Market for the e-commerce major in APAC, Snapdeal.
An award winning professional, his earlier work is featured in global case studies for pioneering referral campaigns using social media. He was responsible for inventing the LinkedIn and Facebook based referral campaigns that are now adopted by various multinational corporations across industries.

Bhavana is a media professional with a deep understanding of consumers and what it takes to gain the consumer mindshare. She is responsible for media and digital at RPSG Group for brands like Too Yumm!, Spencers and Saregama Carvaan. Prior to this, she has spent almost 10 years shaping top brands like Dettol, Durex, Harpic, Horlicks, Sensodyne etc at Reckitt Benckiser (RB) and GSK.
She started her professional journey in 1998 with Saatchi and Saatchi, launching Hyundai Santro and Accent in India. This was followed by stints in leading advertising agencies. From advertising, she moved over to Media Auditing helping Accenture set up and establish the offering in India in 2007, before foraying onto the brand side.
Regularly a part of multiple media and marketing platforms, she also visits various management campuses to interact with budding managers to understand the millennials as well as provide them support and guidance.
She is also a certified yoga trainer. Recently, she has been awarded the Superwoman 2020 by Social Samosa.

Juhie heads brand, communications and digital marketing for Philips in the Indian Subcontinent, and is a part of the India Management Team. Prior to joining Philips, she was the Global Marketing Leader at Aricent (now Altran, part of Capgemini group) where she led the global marketing portfolio including Communications, Digital Marketing, Events and Demand Generation across APAC, US and Europe. She started her career at Lowe (Lintas) in India and has been in leadership roles in marketing communications at IBM, Avaya and Yahoo. Juhie has been a member of The Marketing Society in India since its early days in 2017, and a board member since July 2019. She took over as Chair of the India board in June 2020.

Ramalingam Subramanian (Ram) is the Head of Brand & Communications at CoinDCX, India’s largest cryptocurrency exchange and liquidity aggregator, where his primary focus is streamlining the company's marketing strategies as well as building the platform's global brand.
